A few notes

  • We must verify your identity before disclosing or deleting any data. We may ask follow-up questions before acting on the request.
  • Some data is retained as required by law — for example, screening decisions and related records may be retained for the period required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (US) or provincial tenancy law (Canada). We will tell you what we are keeping and why.
  • For US applicants: per FCRA, you also have the right to receive a copy of any consumer report used in a decision and to dispute inaccuracies. The landlord and the consumer reporting agency named in your adverse action notice are the right starting points for a dispute.
  • For Canadian applicants: per PIPEDA and provincial privacy law (Quebec Law 25, BC PIPA, Alberta PIPA), you have the right to access and correct your personal information. We honor those rights regardless of jurisdiction.
